Client Policy & Terms of Engagement

OUR STANDARD
At Design Yours Here (DYH), we do not operate on assumption, urgency, or informal agreement.
We operate on structure, clarity, and completion.
In this house, we don’t argue. We remedy.
PAYMENT POLICY
All custom work requires payment in full prior to creation, release, or use.

No design files, mockups, or concepts are considered authorized for use until payment is received.

Submission of an invoice constitutes agreement to these terms.

Work begins only after payment is confirmed.
OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
ALL designs, concepts, and creative assets produced by DYH remain the sole property of Design Yours Here until paid in full.

Unpaid work is NOT licensed, transferable, or usable in ANY capacity.

This includes digital, printed, embroidered, painted, or fabricated applications.
UNAUTHORIZED USAGE
Use of any DYH design prior to payment is considered unauthorized usage.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
signage
-
murals
-
uniforms
-
merchandise
-
digital or social media display
Unauthorized usage will be converted into a licensing requirement.
LICENSING & REMEDY
In the event of unauthorized use:

A licensing fee will be issued based on scope, scale, and visibility of use.

Payment of this fee grants a limited, non-exclusive license for the current application only.
-
Ownership of all designs remains with DYH at all times.
Failure to remit payment may result in:
-
required removal of the design from all platforms and materials
-
revocation of usage rights
-
further action to protect the work
CUSTOM WORK & RELEASE
DYH does not/has never/will never release:
-
design files
-
high-resolution artwork
-
production-ready assets
until payment is completed in full.
Previews are provided at the discretion of DYH and do NOT constitute permission for use.
CANCELLATIONS & ABANDONED PROJECTS
-
Projects not completed due to non-payment remain the property of DYH
-
Any future use of abandoned designs is subject to licensing fees
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

no DYH design is used, reproduced, or distributed prior to payment
-
all usage aligns with agreed terms
ENFORCEMENT
DYH maintains a strict policy of protecting its work through:
-
formal documentation
-
invoicing and licensing structures
-
written notice and opportunity to cure
All matters are handled through process, not dispute.

By engaging with Design Yours Here, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payment precedes use
-
Ownership remains with DYH until fulfilled
-
Structure governs all outcomes
